RESERVATION ANS CANCELLATION POLICIES, our
commitment tours will not be charged if
you cancel them.
· No charge for cancellations made
at least 30 DAYS BEFORE your reservation
date.
· 50% charge for rooms cancellations
made less than 29 days prior to reservation
date.
· 100% charge for no-shows and room
cancellations or date modifications made
less than 15 days prior to reservation date.
We ask for credit card info just in case
of no-show, but we are a small family hotel
and prefer payment with traveller’s
cheque or US and Costa Rican cash.
